Company Drivers Pay Package

Pay
Starting pay is up to 40 cents per mile depending on you’re driving experience, driving record and years of experience operating reefer. ˝ cent increase every 6 months with no cap in earnings.

Stop & Drop Pay
Stop pay is paid on all multi stop loads. The first pickup, and the first drop are free, all pickups or drops after that are paid at a rate of $25.00 each.

Holiday Pay
$50.00 paid to driver that is not home and under dispatch and on the road for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4 th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

Pay Days
We pay every Friday. If a trip is concluded on Sunday, and the paperwork is received in the office by Tuesday it will be settled on Friday. We currently pay via direct deposit to your bank, or directly to your Comdata card it is your choice.

Benefits
After 90 days, you are entitled to Medical & Dental Insurance. The company will pay the employee’s monthly health insurance premiums. The employee is responsible for paying the premiums on any of their dependents. You are responsible for monthly dental premiums.

We also offer a 401k plan which requires 180 days of employment to participate.

Rider Policy

  1. After 90 days of employment.
  2. Age of passenger must be 16 years & older.
  3. Must purchase supplemental rider insurance at $20/mo
  4. Must have a signed wavier in advance

Pet Policy
We do allow pets in our vehicles, but we require a $200 security deposit be paid. If the truck is returned in satisfactory condition, clean and no damage it will be refunded.
